Amanda McLeodThe lock smith tried for maybe 3 seconds to unlock our door and then said he had to drill a hole to get the door unlocked. This took all of 2 minutes. I paid $288 for this “service”. And then he wanted to charge $150 on top of that to replace the lock he broke.

Jacqueline RemusDriver showed up an hour later than the advertised 15 minutes. I had to tell him what to try on the car. He didn't have the correct tools. He borrowed from me. He finally got the car unlocked which I'm thankful for but after he said, " I'm ready for my payment!" I paid and he drove off in a hurry. Left all the bolts he had unscrewed laying everywhere. Didn't put anything back. I have a broken neck and had to have neighbors help me finish what he had pulled out.

Irish TornadoCalled asked for a return call asap, 2 other places called me back in the mean time. When they finally called back , I didn’t answer bc I had went with another company. She literally blocked their number & when I answered, she got rude with me bc I didn’t answer. I explained to her that 2 other places had called me back quicker (and we were in a time crunch, which I explained to her in our initial call) & she hung up on me!!! Gotta love that customer service!! What a JOKE!! Funny thing was, when she hung up she accidentally sent me the link to review and said they wld give me $10 via cash app for the review! Ha! God don’t like ugly gf!! U get more bees with hunny than vinegar, and seeing as u are representing the entire company, it may be a lesson u want to learn sooner rather than later…js!! I’ll take my $10 now plz and ty!!(See, manners really aren’t that hard!
